Really close to Nagoya station! The room was bright and clean, with a good layout, including a nice couch/table. Lots of food options around. Also, the breakfast was a semi-buffet style, which was convenient. ☕🍽️

It was just a balanced option for an overnight stay in Nagoya with best value. The staff helped us with our luggage, making arrival much easier.

The elevators were painfully slow, especially during checkout. I had to wait for at least 15 minutes with other guests to get down from the 4th floor. It was frustrating that there were no stairs available as an option to avoid the lengthy wait.

I had a great stay in an Economy Double Room for 4 nights. The cleaning staff were very attentive, and I always returned to a spotless room. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the ample space for my luggage. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the station! 🧳

Spacious room, convenient location, the nearby transport hub made it easy to explore the city with our luggage, and the coffee available in the lounge was a nice touch for our mornings.

Friendly staff assisted with luggage transfers, and a short walk led to fantastic local eateries, particularly for breakfast in the underground shopping area. On the downside, the lack of more dining options on-site was noted, and the check-in process could be friendlier. Additionally, some noise from outside disrupted late-night relaxation.
